card is to you and we will work closely with you or your funeral
director to properly honor your bereaved and their legacy.
Placing
a Legacy Card order is a simple procedure. We have
developed this procedure using secured methods to help protect your personal information. The entire process is as
follows:
Submit On-line Design & Order Form: Customer completes our secured on-line order form by clicking on the Begin button. If you do not wish to use our on-line
design &
order form, please contact our Creative Director at
1-877-234-4229 and she will take your order over the phone. Click on to view details for our on-line ordering process.
Proof Design: The Legacy Card Creative Director reviews the submitted order with
uploaded image and will contact the customer if there are any questions. We will design the
card's front and back labels and email the proof and approval form (PDF
document) to the Contact listed on the form within 48 hours of receiving the order and photograph.
Approve Proof: Customer will review the proof and convey any edits
to the Designer and/or provide approval (via email or fax).
Process Order: Our procurement team will process the order (including payment transaction),
and ship the Legacy Cards to the Customer using the shipping address
provided. Delivery should be 7-10 days from receiving approval.
Assembling: Once you receive your Legacy Cards, you will arrange
with their crematory or funeral director to fill the Legacy Cards'
cremain cells and attach the image labels.
