 Made of a durable polycarbonate plastic- 2-1/4" wide x 3-1/2" high, 1/8" thick, approximately the size of a few stacked credit cards
- Features a 1-1/2" diameter cell for cremains with snap-in cap
- Recessed surface for accurate label alignment
- Available in choice of black or white. Alternate colors available for additional fee. Minimum order requirements apply.

- Printed on high quality & durable vinyl polycarbonate or polyester
- Smooth, glossy finish. Velvet textured finish available with a minimum quantity requirement.
- Select among Custom or Non-customized labels for the front:
- Photo Frame Labels available to display your favorite image of the bereaved
- Custom Image Labels feature a photo of the bereaved & 2 lines of text (i.e. name & date) (Additional costs apply for custom labels).
- Back label features your choice of backgrounds with a prayer or meaningful verse.
- Adhesive backing provides a permanent seal
